Job Description
Twinwaters Entertainment Center seeks a CRM Executive to oversee customer data, loyalty, and engagement across restaurants, lounges, gaming, and leisure. The role requires developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies to grow the guest database, design loyalty and rewards programs, run multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital), optimize guest journeys, and measure retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in CRM or data-driven marketing (hospitality preferred)
- Core skills: CRM platforms, database management, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration
