Job Description

At our company, IPNX NIGERIA LIMITED, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Customer Care Officer to join our team. As a Corporate Customer Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our corporate clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
