We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to promote student success through individualized advising, academic planning, and progress monitoring. The counselor will provide one-on-one consultations, develop tailored study plans, coordinate with faculty, track academic records, and refer students to appropriate campus resources.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience in student services; and a student-centered approach. The role requires the ability to use data to inform interventions, uphold strict confidentiality, and work full time to improve retention and help students achieve their academic goals.
