Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Outbound Sales Lead to secure corporate events, private parties, group experiences, and brand activations. The successful candidate will source new business, manage client and agency relationships, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals and quotations, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with CRM support.

• Requirements: 2–4 years in hospitality, events, or entertainment sales; bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Skills: strong professional network, proven negotiation and closing capabilities, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication.
