Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef de Cuisine to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu development, and quality control. The successful candidate will supervise line cooks, manage inventory, enforce food safety standards, and ensure consistent plating and presentation.
- Requirements: 3+ years in a comparable role, culinary degree or equivalent, strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Preferred: experience with high-volume, seasonal cooking, cost control, and HACCP knowledge.
