Odixcity Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Remote Clinical Abstractor to accurately review patient records, extract and code clinical data (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and ensure documentation integrity for reporting, research, and quality improvement while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Salary: N500,00/month (Non‑negotiable).

• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field; RN or clinical background preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical abstraction, coding, or health information management; strong medical terminology and EMR proficiency.
• Skills: Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
