Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Receiving & Dispatch Officer to inspect, document, and manage incoming and outgoing equipment. Responsibilities include verifying shipments, updating inventory records, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, scheduling dispatches, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in receiving, dispatch, or logistics, strong attention to detail, basic inventory software skills, and clear, professional communication.

• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs preferred
