Odixcity Consulting seeks a Remote Chat Support Specialist to manage customer conversations via live chat and messaging. You will provide accurate, real-time troubleshooting with a friendly, empathetic tone, handle multiple concurrent chats, document interactions, follow scripts, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in chat or online customer support.
• Skills: excellent written communication, fast and accurate typing, familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems, reliable internet and a quiet workspace, and availability for scheduled shifts.
• Compensation: N500,00 per month (non-negotiable).
