Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing product wastage, and maximizing efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and determine reorder points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
