Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Collection Officer to manage follow-up with due and overdue customers to recover principal and interest receivables. The role requires use of lawful, compliant communication channels (phone, SMS, and online) to remind customers of repayment obligations, negotiate repayment plans, and escalate cases when appropriate. You will monitor accounts to mitigate bad debt risk and enhance recovery rates, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory and company policies. Competitive monthly compensation: ₦70,00.00 – ₦180,00.00.
