Job Description

Bridgegap Consults Limited seeks full-time Direct Sales Agents to drive field sales across Lagos. Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 monthly plus performance-based commission, data and airtime allowance, transport support, incentive programs, and career development opportunities.

• Identify and approach customers in assigned territories; achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; provide accurate product information and timely responses to inquiries.
• Submit daily sales reports with market feedback.
• Requirements: Minimum OND (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years of direct/field sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
