Frontier Homes, a purpose-driven real estate firm, seeks a motivated Commission Sales Associate to drive estate sales and support clients toward homeownership. The role requires identifying and engaging prospects, promoting developments, closing transactions to achieve targets, conducting market research, and maintaining client portfolios.

• Requirements: minimum 3 years sales experience; undergraduate qualification (NCE/OND/HND/BSc); excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.
• Location: Lagos-based candidates preferred, especially within Alimosho areas (Egbeda, Dopemu, Iyanu Ipaja, Igando, Ayobo‑Ipaja).
• Personal attributes: self-motivated, professional, results-oriented, with awareness of current real estate trends.
