Job Description
B and B seeks a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules while leading supervisors, machinists, cutters, and quality inspectors. You will ensure garment quality, finishing, and safety standards; manage material usage and approvals; and oversee equipment maintenance and factory productivity.
- Monitor KPIs (output, lead times, efficiency) and produce regular production reports.
- Drive lean improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, rapid decision-making, and team leadership.
Preferred: 2+ years in a supervisory role, proficiency with production planning tools, ability to interpret technical packs, budget control, and staff training experience.
