Job Description

Thehrgrid is recruiting a Strategy and Communication Lead to direct group strategy development, align subsidiary plans, facilitate annual and quarterly reviews, monitor strategic initiatives, and report to executive leadership. You will design and implement a Group-wide communications strategy, draft speeches and press releases, manage social media and publications, enforce brand guidelines, and lead crisis communications.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement with government, partners, and clients; represent the Group at events.
  • Collect feedback, track performance metrics, and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
  • Ensure policy compliance and mentor communications and strategy teams through training and supervision.

Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
