Job Description

Lead daily AML, sanctions, and fraud operations to detect, prevent, and remediate financial crime. Manage case intake, investigations, regulatory reporting, and maintain rigorous quality controls while collaborating with legal, risk, and IT to refine controls and optimize workflows.

• Oversee transaction monitoring, SAR filings, QA reviews, and responses to regulatory exams.
• Require bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in financial crime or compliance, with strong AML/KYC/sanctions knowledge and an analytical mindset.
• Experience with monitoring systems required; CAMS or equivalent certification preferred.
