Job Description

Flexile Investments and Technologies Limited seeks a full-time Field Officer to conduct field visits, monitor project progress, collect and analyze data, engage with communities, government officials and partners, supervise field teams, evaluate program performance, prepare reports, and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–4 years of field operations experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical: Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, statistical software).
• Other: Ability to work in remote or challenging environments with frequent travel; excellent organizational skills.
• Compensation: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month. Job Type: Full-time.
