Job Description
Fort Knox Outsourcing seeks a detail-oriented Billing Support Officer to manage end-to-end billing operations. The role includes accurate data entry, validation, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies across systems, plus producing Excel and Power BI reports and maintaining audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams and recommend workflow improvements.
- Prepare and present reconciliations, dashboards, and exception reports.
- Ensure data integrity across billing systems (Oracle preferred).
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; experience in billing or data analysis; ability to manage large datasets. Preferred: advanced Excel, basic SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with billing systems. Full-time position, immediate start, based in Lagos.
