Job Description

We seek an experienced Financial Controller to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. The role ensures accurate month-end close, robust internal controls, GAAP-compliant financial statements, audit support, and continual improvement of financial systems. You will lead and mentor a small accounting team, collaborate with department heads, and deliver strategic financial analysis to inform business decisions.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in controller or senior accounting roles.
• Proven ERP and advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.
