Citi Residence, a premium boutique property on Onikoyi Estate along Banana Island Road, Lagos, is seeking a Maintenance Officer. This on-site position will manage facility upkeep, oversee teams responsible for repairs, installations and preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, efficiency and cost control through effective scheduling, budget oversight and contractor coordination. Applicants must hold relevant technical qualifications, have proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. A commitment to maintaining high service standards and timely response to maintenance issues is required.
