Job Description
We seek a Climate Adaptation Lead to direct the development and implementation of adaptation strategies that reduce vulnerability and strengthen resilience across programs. The role manages climate risk assessments, designs nature-based and engineered interventions, and coordinates cross-sector stakeholder engagement to ensure integrated, evidence-based outcomes.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in climate adaptation
- Proven leadership, grant management, monitoring & evaluation, and excellent communication skills
- Advanced degree in climate science, environmental planning, or a related field preferred
- Ability to translate scientific evidence into policy and actionable programs
