Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Administration Officer to maintain accurate stock records, coordinate receiving and dispatch activities, and support inventory audits. The role requires reconciling discrepancies, preparing regular reports, and improving procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in inventory or administrative roles; proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Responsibilities: Conduct cycle counts, liaise with procurement and warehouse teams, update documentation, prioritize tasks, and work independently to enhance inventory controls.
