We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, post openings, manage the applicant tracking process, and deliver a professional candidate experience.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 1–3 years of recruitment experience; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with applicant tracking systems; excellent attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with employer branding initiatives and data-driven hiring practices.
