Job Description
We are seeking a locally based, full-time Administrative & Procurement Coordinator in Abuja (hybrid, predominantly remote). Compensation: ₦180,00–₦200,00/month plus up to 20% performance bonus.
Key duties:
- Verify local prices and inspect invoices, payment evidence, and delivery notes;
- Maintain Google Sheets/Excel trackers and produce weekly exception reports;
- Follow up on required documentation and provide structured administrative and scheduling support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail and integrity, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email, ability to work independently, and strict confidentiality. Recruitment includes written assessments; all communication will be conducted via the recruitment portal.
