Job Description
Careers Verified is hiring a full-time Graduate Trainee (₦90,00–₦100,00/month) to gain practical experience in retail credit, customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment, KYC, and compliance.
- Responsibilities: support marketing of personal and salary loans; source and onboard customers via field and digital channels; collect and verify documentation; assist with disbursement follow-up; learn credit assessment; educate customers; and maintain accurate records.
- Development: structured training in product knowledge, sales, credit risk evaluation, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower), NYSC completed where applicable, and 0–1 year of relevant experience.
