Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead, Asset Management to grow AUM to ₦25bn by FYE 2025 and drive sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, and public sectors. The role will develop deposit strategies, manage client portfolios, deliver tailored investment solutions, analyze financials, and market structured deposits and treasury products. This is a full-time leadership position requiring strong commercial acumen and product expertise.

• KPIs: ₦25bn AUM; 100% sales achievement; personal ₦500m and team ₦1.5bn resumption within 90 days.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 5+ years in asset management, proven experience with alternative and structured products.
