Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondences, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. In addition, you will be required to supervise administrative staff and assist in budget planning.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be liaising with staff at all levels within the organization and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office management software are preferred.
