Job Description
e-Clinic & Diagnostic Ltd is seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative to deliver professional reception and administrative services in a busy clinical environment. Duties include welcoming patients, managing appointments and registrations, handling billing inquiries and payments, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, guiding visitors, coordinating with clinicians, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND in arts, science, humanities, or a related field
- At least one year of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with scheduling/billing systems and MS Office; meticulous handling of patient data; ability to work in a fast-paced clinic
