Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation and Settlement Specialist to manage daily reconciliation and timely settlement of transactions across platforms. Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling records with banks, gateways, and partners.
- Investigating discrepancies, reversals, and failed settlements.
- Preparing settlements in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitoring accounts and producing reconciliation reports and audit trails.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2–3 years’ experience in reconciliation/settlement (fintech, banking, or payments preferred); strong transaction lifecycle knowledge; meticulous attention to detail; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month, plus commission and bonuses. Hybrid role — three days onsite.
