Job Description
Lead the finance team to grow AUM to ₦25 billion by FYE 2025, driving sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counterparties, and Public Sector clients. Develop deposit mobilization strategies, secure profitable relationships, and deliver tailored investment advice. Promote structured deposits, treasury, and brokerage products to achieve revenue targets.
- KPIs: ₦25B AUM; 100% achievement of Deposit Liability / Special Products / Cross‑sell targets; personal ₦500M and team ₦1.5B within 90 days.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 8+ years in asset management, proven structured products expertise, strong analytical, commercial, communication and leadership skills, and highest integrity.
- Reports to MD & Managing Partners. Full‑time position.
