Job Summary
We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Associate in our Legal Services department.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle operational administrative tasks, provide advice on corporate governance and cooperate restructuring, and perform internal platform assessments.
- Obtain accurate information and instructions from clients, analyze the legal and practical aspects of their cases, and gather necessary documents/evidence to provide preliminary advice.
- Prepare and maintain legal documents and correspondence, and file motions. Ability to work independently and responsibly with initiative.
- Assist in coordinating, expanding, and promoting the firm’s commercial practice, including market capital and publication of legal materials.
- Accept and complete tasks, assignments, or secondments to special projects or entities we collaborate with to enhance the firm’s practice.
- Write, review, and edit reports and meeting minutes.
- Conduct legal research and in-depth studies on specific topics, edit or produce learned articles, papers, and materials for the firm’s publications and presentations.
- Handle all assigned administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years proven work experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
