Job Description
The Vault Recruitment is seeking a Compliance and Administration Specialist to ensure NDPR and sector regulatory compliance, maintain policies, registers, contracts and audit-ready records, and support operational service delivery. Reporting to the Founder/Managing Director, this hybrid position is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
- Manage onboarding documentation and filing systems
- Administer SLAs and NDAs, track renewals and statutory filings
- Advise on regulatory changes and assist with reports and client communications
Qualifications: 3+ years in compliance or regulatory support (regulated sectors preferred), strong data protection knowledge, excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written communication. Full-time; ₦250,00/month.
