EDSAN Marketing Services Limited seeks a proactive, results-driven Customer Success Lead for a 3-month remote contract (possible extension). The Abuja-based candidate will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, manage client communication, gather feedback, and convert one-time projects into retainers while owning client engagements independently.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles; proven experience with lead-generation tools, CRM platforms, and sales funnels.
• Responsibilities: source and qualify leads, handle inquiries, provide regular client updates, support referrals, manage expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and organized relationship management.
