Job Description

The Bible Society of Nigeria seeks a full-time Warehouse Assistant based in Mainland, Lagos. Responsibilities include receiving stock from ports; processing and cross-checking stock requisitions and waybills; posting waybills and return-to-stock transactions in QuickBooks; compiling daily and weekly reports; and performing daily stock reconciliations to maintain zero discrepancies. Other duties as assigned.

• OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Self-motivated, effective time manager, and cooperative team member
