Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Application Support Manager to lead a team and ensure the reliable operation of critical business applications. The role includes managing incidents and problems, maintaining SLAs, coordinating deployments, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to prioritize fixes and enhancements.
- 5+ years in application support or IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with ticketing systems
- Proven leadership and clear communication; bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred
