Job Description
Nabuyar Environmental Consultants seeks an Operations Manager to lead field teams for environmental sanitation, pest and vector control, and public health programs in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
- Responsibilities: recruit, train, and supervise data collection staff; coordinate field operations, logistics, and demand notices; monitor compliance, track progress, and report; liaise with authorities, businesses, and communities; manage budgets and schedules.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Public Health or related field; minimum 3 years managing field teams (government or NGO experience preferred); strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English and Hausa; proficient with Microsoft Office; available for flexible hours and travel within Abuja.
