Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts receivable presentations and provide financial administrative support. Key responsibilities include verifying logistics and inventory postings to vendor accounts, reconciling vendor and intercompany balances, processing vendor payments, and supervising advances.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; 2–3 years’ relevant experience. MSc or professional certification (ICAN, ACA) preferred.
- Skills: Strong general ledger and SAP knowledge; excellent organization, attention to detail, and information management.
- Competencies: Effective vendor communication and relationship management, problem analysis, teamwork, professional integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
