We are seeking a Facility Assistant to manage residential apartment operations in Lekki. You will serve as the primary contact for residents and stakeholders, coordinating technicians and contractors to ensure timely maintenance, HSE compliance, and high-quality service. Core duties include responding to occupant requests, managing projects, documenting work, and providing prompt feedback to management.

• Qualifications: HND in Real Estate, Property Management, or Building Technology
• Experience: 2–3 years in facility management
• Skills: strong written and verbal English, customer service, administrative, problem-solving, organizational, and keen attention to detail
• Must reside in Lekki. Full-time, permanent position.
