Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue for consumer liaison and customer experience services. This full-time, hybrid/on-site role is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and reports to the Founder/Managing Director.

• Sell retainer, project, and hybrid solutions to banking, fintech, telecoms, and healthcare clients.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; support pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and SLA alignment.

Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development or commercial sales with strong B2B, negotiation, and presentation skills. Salary: ₦250,00/month.
