Job Description

Virginrose Resorts seeks a dedicated Operation Manager with at least 1 year of relevant experience to enhance operational systems, oversee departmental performance, and elevate service quality. The role focuses on identifying and resolving efficiency bottlenecks, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and managing inventory, budgets, and forecasts.

• Responsibilities: improve systems, supervise departments, raise service standards, ensure safety/regulatory adherence, and manage financial and stock controls.
• Requirements: degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; proven operations management experience; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Location & terms: must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos. Full-time position. Salary from ₦100,00/month plus accommodation, staff meals, and welfare benefits.
