Chariot seeks a professional Estate Surveyor to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will market and promote properties, coordinate viewings, prepare offers and leases, manage client relationships, and support rent collection and tenant onboarding. You will conduct market research and collaborate closely with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Estate Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate or property management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Familiarity with Nigerian property law and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
