Job Description

Greengates Specialties Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Yaba, Lagos, to manage logistics customer service and shipment coordination.

• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate carriers, request bills of lading, and organize pickups.
• Review invoices and documentation, upload records, provide shipment statistics and daily customer updates.
• Process rate requests and report irregularities promptly.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s/HND/OND, 2–5 years in logistics or customer service, fluent in English and two Nigerian languages, Microsoft Office proficiency, Yaba resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Salary: ₦80,00–₦120,00 monthly.
