We are seeking a professional IT Service Desk Officer to deliver first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage helpdesk tickets, and provide both remote and on-site assistance. The role involves diagnosing incidents, escalating complex problems, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring timely resolution while upholding high standards of customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
• Experience with ticketing systems and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work shifts; degree or IT certification preferred; 1+ years in support roles advantageous
