Job Description
Hogan Guards seeks a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close security contracts; maintain CRM records; lead virtual and in-person meetings; prepare proposals; and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years in business development within security or related sectors; strong knowledge of Nigeria’s security industry.
- Compensation: Monthly salary plus commission. Full-time position.
