Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers Limited seeks a highly organized HR Coordinator to oversee full-cycle recruitment, client relations, and HR operations with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, onboarding new hires, supervising junior HR staff, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll and performance tracking, and contributing to HR policy development to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related field; 4–6 years’ relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law; excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ATS
- Full-time; salary ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month
