We are seeking a Board Governance Training Consultant to design and deliver customized governance capacity-building for boards and senior leadership. The consultant will enhance oversight, strategic decision-making, and fiduciary practices.

• Responsibilities: assess governance needs; develop curricula and materials; facilitate workshops and retreats; coach board members; and advise on governance policies and performance monitoring.
• Qualifications: proven experience in corporate or nonprofit governance; strong adult-learning and facilitation skills; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; and ability to convert best practices into practical tools.
