Job Description
We are seeking a Debt Recovery Officer to contact overdue clients by phone, email and in person; negotiate and implement repayment plans; manage asset recovery; prepare timely reports; issue demand/reminder letters; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; and analyze portfolios to minimize losses. Other duties as assigned.
- Qualification: HND or BSc in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt recovery/collections (microfinance preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication and time-management abilities, high integrity, and proficiency in MS Office.
