Job Description
We are seeking a Field Services Intern to support on-site equipment installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and data collection. The intern will shadow technicians, assist with customer communications, prepare accurate service reports, and help optimize field workflows.
- Assist with installations, preventative maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
- Document work thoroughly and communicate professionally with customers
- Collect, organize, and report field data to support continuous improvement
Candidates should be pursuing a technical degree, possess basic electrical or IT knowledge, have strong problem-solving skills, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel. This part-time role provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and potential for full-time placement.
