Jimlad Dev Limited seeks a results-driven Chief Sales & Marketing Officer based in Ajah, Lagos. Full-time role leading integrated sales and marketing for real estate and investment products to drive revenue, brand visibility, and regional targets. You will develop strategy, manage high-performing teams, oversee stakeholder relationships, and implement performance-driven sales processes.

• Salary: ₦200,00–₦300,00/month; HMO, performance bonuses, commissions, and training.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), minimum 7 years in sales & marketing leadership with proven real estate or investment experience, strong leadership and communication skills.
