Job Description
The Nigerian Air Force Microfinance Bank seeks a Relationship Manager to enhance brand presence and execute targeted marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will increase deposits and assets, cross-sell products, and achieve KPIs across liabilities, assets, accounts, and income. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, conducting due diligence, performing market research, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring a results-driven approach and strong modern marketing capabilities.
- Minimum B.Sc. or HND
- At least 1 year of banking sales experience
- Proven sales and customer-relations skills; target-oriented
