Job Description
We seek an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead talent strategy, employee relations, and HR operations that support organizational objectives. This role will design and implement HR policies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage performance and compensation programs, ensure compliance, and counsel senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 8 years in senior HR roles with proven leadership.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
